For Installment Orders:

• To return items, you must return all products in the order. Partial returns within the same order are not allowed.

Product Conditions:

• Products must be intact and returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Products Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:

• Fresh food: vegetables, fruits, meat, seafood

• Frozen food and ready-to-eat meals

• Dairy and egg products, ice cream, spices, dry goods

• Fresh juice and perishable beverages

Gifts and Accessories:

• If the product was purchased with gifts, rewards, discount vouchers, or accessories, all these items must be returned together with the product.

Use of Discount Codes:

• If a discount code was applied and only part of the order is returned, the system will recalculate the discount value. You may lose the discount benefit or incur additional charges, depending on the discount code terms.

• Discount codes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
